Every lab grown diamond jewelry piece we create is crafted with care, inspected for quality, and backed by our satisfaction guarantees. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy ensures a simple, transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, certifications, and documentation.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Please note:

  • Custom-designed, engraved, or resized jewelry is non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Special-order items or personalized rings cannot be refunded once production has begun.

2. Return and Refund Process

Here’s how it works:

  1. Request Authorization:

  2. Receive Return Instructions:
    We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Securely:
    Include all original items — jewelry, certificates (e.g., IGI/GIA), boxes, and documentation. Items missing certification paperwork may incur a replacement fee.
  4. Ship the Item:
    Use an insured, trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
  5. Inspection & Processing:
    Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect your return within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days thereafter.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, setting, or design:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The original item must be in new condition and include all packaging and certification.
  • Price differences between exchanged items may result in a credit or additional payment.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and replace or refund your order at no cost to you.

5. Refund Exceptions

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Custom or engraved pieces (unless defective).
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
  • Returns missing original certification (e.g., IGI report).

If a returned diamond’s authenticity or condition is altered, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund based on inspection findings.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once performed:

  • Custom design fees
  • Engraving or resizing fees
  • Shipping and insurance costs
  • Rush order upgrades

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to production or restocking fees if work has already begun on your order.

8. Quality Guarantee & Replacement Policy

We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship and offer:

  • 100% Center Stone Replacement Guarantee (with purchase upgrade option) — If your lab grown diamond becomes loose or lost due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
  • 100% Side Stone Replacement Guarantee (with purchase upgrade option) — If a small diamond ever loosens or falls out, we’ll replace it free of charge.

9. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.

If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be reissued in the same form.
